  • Obtain client sign-off on a single concept direction to move forward

⚙️ Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)

  1. Internal Kick-off Meeting

    Project Architect presents the Brief and Site Analysis to the assigned design team.

    Details:
    • Brainstorm initial ideas and assign research tasks
    • Responsible: Project Architect
  2. Concept Development

    Design team develops sketches, block diagrams, and basic 3D models for 2-3 options.

    Details:
    • Each option must include a basic floor plan and one key exterior view
    • Responsible: Design Team
  3. Internal Design Review

    Present the developed concepts to the Head of Design for feedback and refinement.

    Details:
    • Ensure concepts align with ACAD's quality standards and are technically viable
    • Responsible: Project Architect & Head of Design
  4. Client Presentation

    Prepare the 'Concept Design Presentation' (ACAD-PRES-001) and present to the client. Clearly explain the pros and cons of each option.
