- Secure client sign-off on the developed design before proceeding to authority submissions

Appoint Sub-consultants
Formally appoint Structural and MEP engineers for the project.

Detailed Drawing Production
Develop the architectural drawing set in CAD/BIM, including detailed plans, elevations, sections, and key details.
Details:- Drawings must adhere to ACAD's layering and annotation standards
- Responsible: Design Team

Coordination Meetings
Conduct weekly coordination meetings with Structural and MEP engineers to ensure an integrated design.
Details:- Document all decisions in Meeting Minutes (ACAD-FORM-005)

Material & Finishes Selection
Prepare mood boards and material samples for client presentation and approval.
Details:- Document all selections in the 'Finishes Schedule' (ACAD-SCHED-001)

Client Review & Sign-off
Present the complete Design Development package to the client for final approval before submission.
