⚙️ Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)

  1. Final Inspection & Snagging

    Conduct comprehensive final inspection with contractor and client, creating a snagging list of any remaining defects.

    • Use ACAD-FORM-007: Final Inspection Checklist
    • Responsible: Project Architect & Site Engineer
  2. Defects Rectification

    Ensure all snagging items are completed by contractor and re-inspect for compliance.

    Details:
    • Set clear timeline for defects completion
    • Responsible: Site Engineer
  3. Municipal Final Inspection

    Coordinate final municipal inspection and address any final compliance issues.

    Details:
    • Ensure all previous inspection requirements are satisfied
    • Responsible: PRO & Site Engineer
  4. Completion Certificate Process

    Submit application for Completion Certificate and follow up until issued by municipality.

    Details:
    • Provide all required supporting documentation

  5. Enjaze Certificate Application

    Process Enjaze (Occupancy) Certificate application and coordinate with all relevant authorities.

    Details:
    • Coordinate with DEWA, RTA, and other utility connections

    Conduct formal handover meeting with client, providing all project documents, warranties, and maintenance guides.
