⚙️ Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)

  1. Inspection Schedule Management

    Maintain a master inspection schedule aligned with construction milestones and coordinate timing with municipality.

  2. Pre-Inspection Preparation

    Conduct pre-inspection with contractor to ensure all work is ready and compliant before official inspection.

  3. Municipal Inspection Coordination

    Accompany municipal inspectors, provide required documentation, and record inspection results and comments.

    For any inspection failures, immediately coordinate with contractor to address issues and reschedule re-inspection.
